Building
Intentions
A small productivity PWA built to catch avoidance, not just track tasks
Most productivity apps assume the plan is the hard part. Intentions was built around a different idea: the plan is usually fine, it’s the moment of actually starting — or stopping — that quietly gets skipped.
It’s a lightweight PWA with four pieces: a morning check-in, a focus timer, a shutdown routine to close the day out on purpose, and an activity log that just tells the truth about where the time went. It syncs through Supabase, so it works the same on a laptop or a phone.
The log has already done its job once — surfacing a pattern of avoiding a task despite having the time for it, which is exactly the kind of thing a to-do list won’t show you but a log will.
